Georgian Prime Minister, Giorgi Kvirikashvili told: "What happens in Khurcha is a horrible case! The person was mercilessly killed in a territory controlled by Georgia. I believe that all criminals will be punished very severely. We will involve all our international partners in this process for no perpetrators remain unpunished," - Giorgi Kvirikashvili told concerning the yesterday's murder case.
"Of course, this is a tragedy, but an even greater tragedy is the fact that they are trying to impede the ongoing process, when we are taking some steps to restore confidence between Georgians and Abkhazians, Georgians and Ossetians."
