According to the statement of Giorgi Mghebrishvili, Minister of Internal Affairs his body will apply to the Court for the court ruling on detention of identified persons in the Kortskheli incident.
"A legislative procedures exist which must be accomplished. An intensive investigation is pending now, witnesses were questioned, expertise made. I call on parties, participants of the incident to actively cooperate with the investigation for accomplishing of a timely and proper legislative decision. In the nearest hours we will address to the Court for issuing a court ruling for detention of persons involved in the incident, " - Giorgi Mghebrishvili told. He noted the investigation might be re-qualified from Georgian Criminal Code (GCC) Art 125.
