In the near future according to the agreement reached between Georgia and the Abkhazian occupied territory in the frames of Incident Prevention and Response mechanism the meeting will be held between them.
The Russian Foreign Ministry welcomes such turn, Karasin the Russian Foreign Minister informed about it in a phone conversation counterpart in Georgia David Dondua.
According to Karasin, the Russian side is interested in the successful holding of the meeting, which is particularly important for the next round of Geneva talks.
Gali meeting was planned on May 19 after the murder of a Georgian citizen in the of Khurcha.
