Giorgi Margvelashvili, President of Georgia met with Irnara Murniece, Speaker of the Latvian "Saeima".
According to the official information the parties talked about successful bilateral cooperation between Latvia and Georgia.
Giorgi Margvelashvili thanked the Latvian party for support of our state in recognition of Georgia's state sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well in aspiration to European and Euro Atlantic bodies.
At the meeting the horrible happening in village Khurcha was stressed once again.
The attention was paid to reforms pending in Georgia for saving of European values. The talks touches as well the nearing NATO's Warsav summit too. Latvian guest promised full support for our country in these questions.
