Ian C. Kelli, USA Ambassador to Georgia hopes that at today's meeting of the Incident Prevention Response Mechanism a light will be cast on the murder case happening in Khurcha. He is expecting to hear the de-facto Abkhazian government's position on the matter and a punishment imposed to villains.
He is delighted with the fact that the IPRM was resumed after 4 years of inactivity, and hopes that such meetings will be held regularly. "On the agenda today a very important theme is - a horrible killing of Georgian citizen," - he tells.
