A hearing of Rustavi2"s case is now pending at the Court of Appeals. Georgian politicians are attending the process. Non-parliamentary opposition states that the process has been politicized and focuses on the government's interests.
"Naturally, the authorities do not want to have a TV, which covers its shortcomings, especially in the pre-election period. The TV which will cover what happens in fact, and what a dream of the Georgian Dream" - said Manana Nachkhebia, a Political secretary of New Rights.
