Today the governmental sitting will be held in connection with new decree on elections issued by the President. Margvelashvili issued a decree on June 3 and sent it for countersignature to the Prime Minister. The head of the government has 10 days to sign it. After publishing of countersigned decree in the Official Gazette, the pre-election campaign will begin.
President and Prime Minister agreed on the date of starting of the elections campaign from June 8, for four month in advance.
