The purpose of the meeting is to discuss many changes that took place for the last time in educational area. In the Ministry of Science and Education, the process of legislative changes in the higher education sphere was stopped, because of many reasons, one of the reasons the staff reshuffles. The changes were envisaging following themes: direct elections of students o the Board; regulations according to which the acting rector of University in no way could take an Office also the changes in a proposed legislation were touching issues of abolishment of the centralized student self-governing bodies.

The fundamental reform of the education sphere was planned also. The statement of the "Auditorium 115" reads, the agreement that was reached with Prime Minister must be implemented speedily , as too short period of time left and such questions are not be left open. This can lead the University to deepening of the crisis.
