Parliament speaker Davit Bakradze has called positive the resolution adopted by the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly last week. Speaker thanked Georgian delegation for fruitful work. He said it was yet another step forward in Georgian politics.
`Adoption of one more document, which confirms ethnic cleansing in Georgian regions and asserts that the repatriation of IDPs to their homes is necessary, is a very significant fact,` Bakradze said.
Last week, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly adopted a special resolution about Georgia, which emphasizes the necessity of dignified and free repatriation of IDPs, who fled their homes due to ethnic cleansing and war with Russia and fulfilment of ceasefire agreement terms by the Russian Federation.
