Gia Volski, head of the Parliamentary fraction the Georgian Dream considers possibly some kind of dealing was concluded between European Peoples' Party (EPP) and the Russian delegation of OSCE PA. He tells if the Russian delegation will uphold the candidacy of Gigi Tsereteli, most likely the Russian Federation will be restored in voting rights at the CoE Parliamentary Assembly.
He stressed that one of the leaders of the EPP - Pedro Agramunti being in Moscow, afterwards arrived to Tbilisi and conducted a meeting with representatives of our government and opposition parties. He underlined that Russia's participation at the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly must be renowned and some restrictions must be lifted.
