The 17-point resolution "The conflict in Georgia" was passed today by the 25-th session of the OSCE PA. The document reads that continuing violations of Russian Federation of human rights and international law in connection with refugees are evident. Also the agreement concluded on August 12 of 2008 on case fire is neglected. The document stressed a necessity of reoccupation of the Georgian territories and return of IDPs to its homes.
122 delegates are voting for the resolution, 6 delegates voted against, 7 abstained.
