The second round of the OSCE PA Presidential elections was appointed. After the yesterday's voting it became clear, the Austrian representative for the residency post Christine Muttonen was upheld by 91 votes of the delegates and Gigi Tsereteli upholds 85 delegates, the French Alain Neri supported only by 26 votes.
As a result, as far as nobody got an absolute majority the second tour of elections was appointed, The elect persons will be Christine Muttonen and Gigi Tsereteli.
Gigi Tsereteli, vice president of the OSCE PA (UNM member) complains that his chances decreased as some parliamentarians already leave the forum.
