Sozar Subar, Refugees Minister in connection with the declaration made by Irakli Sesiashvili about Akhmed Chataev's involvement in secret surveillance services tells that public should made a right accents in this difficult case.
"What more important for us is, the fact that ex President covered, protected and paid high salaries to internationally wanted agent, terrorist and suspect in terroristic cooperation, or the fact that the truth about him revealed. I do not believe that Sesiashvili tells something such dangerous for our state that could affect badly our security interests and is punishable under the law. But lets look at this case in different angle: the fact that Saakashvili (allegedly) was protecting, paid salaries to the person suspected in terrorism, this much more important is, "- Sozar Subari tells.
The Justice and Law Enforcement Reformation Organization accuse Irakli Sesiashvili "in violation of the law on state secrets". The organization calls on the Public Procurator's Office to start the investigation on the matter.
The pleading against Sesiashvili, was initiated by Zviad Kuprava head of the Law Enforcement Reformation Organization.
"Unfortunately, Akhmed Chataev was a secret agent of the previous government and he worked under the instructions of Sakashvili and Giorgi Lortkipanidze. He has an operative passport of Georgian citizen and was performing his duties under the State Security Service in different foreign countries.
