The Russian President signed an "Antiterrorist package" - a disputable laws which are hardening the legislation. The opponents tell this package anticonstitutional is. The package envisages stricter law against extremism and terrorism and a criminal liability for citizens who are not declaring about happening of some crimes to lawenforcers.
This legislation gives an additional leverage for government for a hidden surveillance after own citizens. The opposition and human rights activists are arguing that this new legislation is designed more for restricting of citizens' "rights and freedoms" than for the fighting against the terrorism.
