The Public Procurator's Office of Georgia disseminates the special statement in connection with the Center Point's criminal case.
Following the high interest of a public the statement announces, the Office mediated for detention of persons involved in the Center Point's case, - Maya Rcheulishvili, founder of the company; Guram Rcheulishvili, chair of the Board of the same group; Irakli Mindeli, director of the Ltd. "Center Point Ajara and Salome Charkviani, director of the Ltd. "Center Point Ajara" to the City Court.
The criminal case against Maya Rcheulishvilis, Irakli Mindeli, Salome Charkvuiani and Guram Rcheulishvili was initiated under Article 182, point "a" and the "b" of the Georgian Criminal Code, that envisages deprivation of liberty from seven to eleven years.
The obligations before people were not fulfilled in construction of the living apartment blocks ‘White Magnolia" in the center of the city.
