For support of elections in Georgia (in 2016, 2017 and 2018) the Council of Europe starts new project. The elections program is a part of the CoE Action Plan for 2016-1019 yy. The program is aimed for backing of the functional and management possibilities of the elections administering.
In the frames of this program the Central Elections Commission (CEC) will be donated with purposeful grant from an international organization for the implementation of the project the "Development of the elections school"
The official presentation of the program was held today at the Tbilisi's CoE Office.
The school will be opened in 20 municipalities; and the schools are aimed for youth people. They will get an education in elections area. This very important project is, that will help youth in its inclusiveness process in to the parliamentary elections.
