The public must be aware, why the Court concludes settlement agreements with people who spread the private life videos, - Tina Khidasheli, Defense Minister tells this in conversation with Rustavi2 journalists. She tells, waits patiently for the outcome of the trial, as was a victim too of this filthy blackmail and a staged fake insinuations.
"I am waiting for the response from the Chief Procurator's Office. The mass media disseminated information, as if those people who were detained at first for private life videos, are to be now released by the Court on a basis of the settlement agreement. I asked several questions to the Prosecutor's Office in this connection.
The public should be aware of the case pending, and it is not acceptable when the case having such a high public interest is not open fully in the media. We should know why the settlement agreement is reached with these people. Here only one answer might be - They are giving evidences to the Prosecutor's Office for covering the graver guilt, not for which they are actually legally liable. At the same time, we have to know, if a danger coming from these people is totally neutralized [the records of private life videos might be spread via internet abroad to unknown directions, as well digital materials could be copied and saved]. If once they had had an access to such huge materials (state surveillance records of private life till 2012 that were not destroyed fully), we have to know if they may became dangerous again for the future. Here many questions are. I cannot tell exactly what Giorgi Papuashvili was talking about, however deriving from the information in media, we could suppose, the spreading of such filthy materials continues in the same way, " - Tina Khidasheli tells.
