As, the Chief Prosecutor's Office informs, all questioned Judges are refusing to tell a pressure was being performed over them by lawenforcers.
The case was initiated in the lawenforcing body, some time ago, based on Constitutional Court's Chair Giorgi Papuashvili's aired information on pressure facts over Judges, its persecution from authorities and forcing summons to the investigative bodies.
The Chief Prosecutor's Office statement reads that according to the investigation conducted on the case, at this stage no Judge tells that was pressured in any case. The investigation is pending and this week according to the cooperation agreement between Giorgi Papuashvili, Chair of the Constitutional Court and the Prosecutor General, the Chair of the Court will give evidences on pressure facts.
