Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia talked today at the governmental session about big inflow of tourists to our country. "I am proud that we have a considerable success in tourist area. For the last seven month the amount of tourists reached 3 million 400 people. This unprecedentedly big figure is for our country. That is for 11% more than in previous year."
Most of people arrived to Georgia in July - 764 022 international guests visited our country. This is for 26 124 people more than in previous year. Prime Minster thanked all, who take part for this accomplishment, among them the Economic Ministry, Tourism Administration, the Culture Ministry. He hopes for the next year the number of tourists will increase even more, as the popularity of Georgia is growing.
