The pleading against Giorgi Papuashvili, drafted by Roland Bladadze was not satisfied. The Administrative Cases Panel of the City Court delivered a verdict that the agreement for purchasing by Giorgi Papuashvili of the living home in Batumi, for symbolic GEL 1000, from Economic Ministry was not annulled.
Roland Bladadze's lawyers are telling the government was acting dishonestly in such case, as that home was unlawfully seized from Bladadze (the home was a disputable one), and Papuashvili was well aware about this fact.
The Court's verdict announcement did not attend the indicted party of the litigation, - the representatives of economic ministry and representatives of Papuashvili.
