Tea Tsulukiani, Justice Minister tells in the interests of Georgia is to prove the ethnic cleansing of Georgians at The Hague Court. The Minister hopes that the International Court of Justice will consider Georgia's evidences in a process of investigation of the August war.
Georgian government cooperates with the office in two directions. These very important questions are for us, and our state interests. The first question is an ethnic cleansing at August war; and second one is the torture of our soldiers who were taken in hostage, some of them were even killed.
"The Strasbourg Court also considers this question and maybe very soon the oral hearings will be conducted," - Tsulukiani tells.
