The President refused to appoint a referendum on definition of marriage in Constitution. Giga Bokeria, member of UNM in estimation of such decision tells this was correct. The referendum does not change the Constitution.
"This decision was correct. We cannot change the constitution by the referendum in no question at all. But what is a main, the questions itself was a Russian propagandistic one, " - Bokeria tells.
