Sergo Ratiani, UNM member responds to the statement disseminated today by Eka Beselia, Chair of the Human Rights Committee and her deputy Gedevan Popkhadze. The address of Beselia was presented before the diplomatic corpus in Georgia, in hope for proper estimation of events developed around the Constitutional Court for the last period of time.
Sergi Ratiani believes Eka Besealia and Popkhadze were "trying to subordinate the constitutional authorities the only institution which functions properly and independently. The were Ivanishvili's servants and have done everything to collapse the judiciary and now do everything to subordinate the constitutional authorities. "
