The GYLA prepared a legal pleading against Ajara Elections High Commission to the Batumi City Court. The reason is a refusal of the Ajara EHC for the consideration of GYLA's application on violation of elections code.
On July 31, at the presentation of UNM majoritarian candidate in Batumi the video footage of ex-President Saakashvili was presented. The GYLA believes the foreign citizen (Mikheil Saakashvili) joined the preelections agitation that is prohibited under the law.
