The employees of the Kakheti regional Police detained a person alleged in murder of Nodar Modebadze (born in 1996).
The investigation detected that accused person shot dead in Telavi region Nodar Modebadze (born in 1950). The bullet's wound appeared to be fatal for the victim. A killing done impulsively without premeditation, on a ground of disagreement. The accused person was detained by lawenforcers in several days after the happening. The rifle-shot was exempted from villain as the evidence.
The investigation is pending under the article 108 of the GCC (intentional killing, second-degree murder).
