Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Prime Minister declared new meat producing manufacture to be opened in Georgia that will employ 190 people, in the frames of the governmental program Produce in Georgia. For this project GEL 3 755 202 will be invested. Another one is the bread, macaroni and confectionary production manufacture that will be opened in Kobuleti. Here 160 people will be employed. Gel 320 000 will be invested.
In two years period the coffee processing manufacture will be constructed near Tbilisi, and GEL 11 277 000 will be invested for this purposes with 30 people employed.
Kvirikashvili tells he is proud with the novelties in construction of many new manufactures in regions of Georgia.
The state program "Produce in Georgia" is being implemented at the Government of Georgia's initiative. The program aims at developing and supporting the entrepreneurship, encouraging creation of new enterprises and increasing export potential in the country.
The Program is coordinated by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and all LEPLs falling within the Ministry's structure are involved in it: "Entrepreneurship Development Agency", "National Agency of State Property" and "Technology and Innovation Agency of Georgia.
