Giorgi Margvelashvili in frames of the elections campaign "Your voting our future is" met with Kobuleti summer school participants.
Giorgi Margvelashvili was introduced with a second stage of the project and talked with youth about an importance of participation in elections.
He told, they say that a bad government is created by good people who are not taking part in elections, they stay at home and as a result bad governance will be established, bad democracy and so on.
President also tells, that, the democracy becomes healthier when the electorate takes part in elections. The argumentations in favor of this opinion, is that we are not asking to be uphold at elections, or to vote for someone, but we are asking to be involved in elections, to create the modern society, modern Georgia. The position must be expressed, and the vote of each person is a future of our country.
"We have to make working a political machinery, where politician and an electorate are in a constant contact. We have to tell our electorate that, the obligations of electorate are not encircled only with the voting at the elections, but they have to be in constant contact with the elected politician after the elections. For instance in writing a letter to the politician and expressing own position," - Margvelashvili tells.
The campaign "Your vote, our future is" will be prolonged for 7 days in different regions of Georgia.
