Sudden heavy rain has caused flood in the mountainous district of Dusheti, Mtskheta-Mtianeti Region last night. The ground floors of the houses have been flooded by the disaster. Local authorities have already sent special brigades to begin pumping of the water from houses.
Local governor says the reason of the flood in the streets in the regional centre was the water collector, which was stuck with mud and it failed to pass the rainwater.
