The Court released one more person, who was detained according to the administrative procedures during the so-called Batumi events. On the ground of the absence of proves and evidences the Batumi City Court closed the Administrative persecution case against Mamuka Beridze.
Before the Court one witness gave an evidence that, at that night when the protest action was pending, accused person just went out from the night club. He was a victim of unjust arrest, as was not a participant of the protest action. The Patrol Police detained him unfairly.
