Today in Georgian Parliament a wrangle happens between Emzar Kvitsiani and Giga Bokeria. Kvitsiani tells Bokeria a "resident of a foreign country" is. He throws a glass of water to members of the European Georgia.
The clash happens after the demand of UNM and European Georgia to provide a transparency of the sitting.
