Mikheil Janelidze, Georgian Foreign Minister In the frames of the visit to Germany, met with organizations representing Georgian Diaspora in Germany. At this meeting he discussed Georgian-Germany cooperation issues and current priorities. He once again underlined an important role of Germany in questions of Georgian independence and statehood. The financial and technical support that our country got from Germany. He stressed that nowadays Germany became a second donor state for Georgia.
Especially, he noted the cooperation in education area that is a cornerstone for both countries. As well he talked about a strategy in Diaspora questions. The document is oriented to the practical steps and envisages closest ties with the homeland.
