During his speech in the UN Dmitry Medvediev talked about the events in 2008 august in Georgia.
"It is inadmissisbe to give the chance to irresponsible regimes to unleash war between states."
By using the force we will only deepen the problem. We have seen this thanks to the unreasoned
actions of the Georgian government, when they tryed to resolve the S.Ossetan problem with the using of force.
At that time in August we were very near that the situation could overgrow to the large scale war
- Medvediev said. He believes that in the future for prevention of such situaitons it is nessesary to
realise the definite principle of security mechanisms. And russia is trying to find the effective mechanisms for regulation of the regional conflicts
