Giorgi Mshvenieradze, chair of the organization Democratic Initiative of Georgia tells that the initiative of the High Council of Justice about curbing the public opinion expressed against Judges is directed to the fight against the Freedom of Expression.
"Very sad is the fact that the High Council of Justice understands improperly the notion of Freedom of Expression, and its importance in the democratic society. This is a clear indication of the level of qualification, as well this indicates to the problems with values. They believe that censorship can stop critics against the Judicial system," - Mshvenieradze tells.
