The officers of Tbilisi Police Main Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative- investigative activities detained Levan Maisuradzae -DoB 1987- on the charges of committing murder of Ucha Kordzakhia -DoB 1985- the employee of Special Tasks Main Division of MIA.
The mentioned case which took place in Tbilisi on June 20, 2007 was committed with a cold steel.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty. Investigation is conducted by Tbilisi Police Main Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs under the article 108 envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
