Minister of Economics and Sustainable Development has a new first deputy. Minister Vera Kobalia officially presented Archil Kekelia to the staff and media today.
`Archil Kekelia is a very experienced person. He worked at leading positions in Banking and oil sectors. He has experience in energy sector too. For years he worked in London and I believe that his work at the Ministry of Economics will be effective,` Vera Kobalia said.
Archil Kekelia will supervise the investment agency, foreign relations department, economic policy department and the tourism department.
At the presentation, the minister also announced the sell off of the Vake medical centre. She said one of the two bidders paid 7,3 million dollar for the building.
