The head of the National Assessment and Examination Centre (NAEC), Maia Miminoshvili reported the details of the ongoing nationwide entrance exams at the briefing today. She said four examination days were left ahead and the entrants would pass tests in mathematics, geography, physics and chemistry.
Maia Miminoshvili said that 97% of the registered entrants passed the examinations this year with no serious violations. None of the entrants has been dismissed from the tests due to the violation of the test rules.
The check up of the tests will begin on July 24 and the results of the tests will be announced on August 10. After the announcement of the test results, the NAEC will open appeals points in the resource centres, where the entrants will be able to appeal the test scores.
