Giorgi Baramidze, Vice Prime Minister said that the problem of Russia is, that it cannot reconcile with the independence of Georgia. He declared this to journalists after the bureau sitting. "It is important that the USA administration made a right estimation to Russia's actions against Georgia. It was named the occupation. Following this I believe that Russia has to come to understanding that this is not a simple declaration, and it will be followed by the serious process, which will inevitably accomplished with the reoccupation of Georgia. Russians have to withdraw finally its occupational Armed Forces from Georgia with dignity and they have to prepare for this, "- Baramidze said. He believes that it will be better for Russia to make constructive steps, however it is not likely they are ready for this.

"Moscow wishes to show that it has no problems with Georgia. It will be better if Russia will talk about the very problem. Russia is not reconciled with the Georgian independence, territorial integrity and sovereignty. They have to admit this first of all, "- he said. About the restoration of economic relations, Baramidze said that Georgian party never was for the discontinuation of these relations. Georgia did not initiate this. "We never made such steps, not before the war not after the war, even being under the occupation. So, all steps which Russia made are part of the propagation to look like a country with good will, "- Baramidze said.
