According to expert, the position of France for dialogue with Russia is not a novelty; however the problem is Russia, not willing to negotiate.
"EU is interested in Georgia, and seriously involved in conflict resolution problem. The agreement about associated membership mean the new stage of relations with EU for our country. This is not a speedy process, but this process may bring many positive advantages to our country. The declaration of Kushner about necessity of our dialogue with Russia is not a new one. The problem is Russia in this case. I think if Russia will agree to the negotiation, Georgia will make steps in turn. Kushner understands this is a hard problem. Georgia will need upholding of EU in this dialogue, Kushner said EU will be ready to help, "- Abashidze said.
