Russian occupants have restricted movement for the local population to Akhalgori district of occupied South Ossetia. They let only the locals, who have Russian copies of their ID cards authorized by notary bureaus of Akhalgori or Tskhinvali districts to pass the so-called boundary and enter Akhalgori district.
Similar accident took place on Wednesday. Russian occupants did not let two locals into the territory of the region.
