Six people were killed as a result of heavy floodwaters in Saçlık village of the eastern province of Erzurum.
Thousands of injuries, inflicted by the natural disaster have been transferred to hospitals. Population is being evacuated from the disaster site.
Rescue operations are still underway, while the specialists are calculating the damage amount.
