Otar Abramishvili, 51, has murdered his brother Paata Abramishvili, 49, due to the discord between them on the apartment they were living in together. The incident occurred in the 4th block of Temka district in Tbilisi. Otar Abramishvili hit his brother with a blunt object in his head.
Neighbours of the Abramishvili brothers told journalists that the two men recently had permanent conflicts due to the joint apartment. They said the murder suspect was often drunk. He wanted to sell the apartment and his brother hindered him to do that.
Otar Abramishvili has already been detained. If considered guilty, he may face 15 years of imprisonment.
