Georgian Orthodox Church marks Mtskhetoba-Svetitskhovloba today, 14 October devoted to the day of Tunic of Christ and Life-Giving Chrism-Flowing Pillar.
Divine Liturgy was conducted in all acting Orthodox churches across Georgia today in connection with this day. Catholicos Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Illia II together with Metropolitan of all America and Canada delivered a divine liturgy at Svetitskhoveli temple today. Catholicos Patriarch of All Georgia congratulated the congregation upon the holiday and called on signing "Unity Tractate of the Georgians."
Various events are scheduled upon the occasion of the holiday in Mtskheta today.
