Robert Simons, NATO special representative in Caucasus and Central Asia being in Tbilisi said that
Russia does not have a right to veto any country form NATO membership. He decalred this after his meeting with Giga Bokeria, Deputy Foreign Minister.
"One of the discusion questions was a relationships with Russian Federation. This country cannot veto any other countrie's aspiration to NATO membership, " - Simons said. At the same time Georiga implements succesully all national programs in the frames of NATO membership. The meeting was held in the NATO information center.
