A vessel sailing with the flag of Ukraine was arrested in Georgia`s territorial waters.
The coastal guards accuse the captain of the cargo carrier of violating the sailing rules. Arguably, the crew is suspected of sailing to the waters of Georgia`s occupied Abkhazia.
Vessel Accord is at the twelfth dock of the Poti port. Investigation division of the Border Police investigates the incident.
