Some convicts are supposed to be pardoned by the Virgin Mary Holiday on August 28. The chairperson of the State Pardon Commission, Elene Tevdoradze has already addressed the president to appoint the session of the commission.
Elene Tevdoradze says they have prepared four hundred cases, which includes the women and the minor convicts. Convicts who have already served half of the sentence and have positive characterization by the prison administration are also among the recommended prisoners.
