Georgian President visited mountainous districts of Adjara Region. Mikheil Saakashvili flied to Goderdzi Pass at first. Along with Chair and Economy Minister of the Adjarian government, Mikheil Saakashvili viewed the territory, where a winter resort is planned to be constructed.
Later the president flied to the village of Beshumi, where traditional annual celebration of Shuamtoba was held. Mikheil Saakashvili attended a horse-race, public competitions and a concert held in the village.
Turkey-based Georgian singer Bayar Shahin Gundaridze and another famous singer Sopho Khalvashi were participating in the concert. Dj Maia K, who is visiting Georgia also arrived in Beshumi. The foreign guest danced with local folk ensemble `Bermukha` at the concert.
