Georigian authorities are putting under pressure the activity of Georgian oppositional TV channel "Maestro", and as well they are putting pressure under the big cable TV for prevent them to broadcast this channel, the news agency GHN reports.
Mamuka Glonti, director of the TV channel "Maestro" during the press conference declared that the authorities are putting pressure factually over all big representatives of the cable TV in the country.
'Factually all cable TV are under terror but most of all the big ones. The heads of the cable TV companies said about the fact themselves. . But to avoid the problems I will not open its names,"- Glonti said.
The head of the "Maestro" did not said about any other cases, but noted that he pressure is carried out by Irakli Chikovani, head of the Regulating Comission.
At the same time it is nessesary to note that the preceeding heads of the "Maetro" were complaining as well about the pressure of the authorities over commercial organisations for preventing putting the advertising in the oppositional channel, which however is one of the most popular in the country.
