Assistants of the US congressmen are holding the official meetings in Tbilisi today.
The guests are meeting the representatives of the parliamentary majority. The talks are holding about security, economic reforms and democratic issues.
The meeting with the representatives of the parliamentary minority is scheduled also.
Besides, the guests will be hosted by State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Giorgi Baramidze, First Deputy Foreign Minister Giga Bokeria, Security Council Secretary Eka Tkeshelahsvili, Parliament Chairman Davit Bakradze, State Minister for Reintegration Issues Temur Iakobashvili, Education Minister Dimitri Shashkini, Deputy Interior Minister Eka Zhguiladze, Deputy Justice Minister Tina Burjaliani, Adviser of Prime Minister Vakhtang Lezhava, and Deputy Defence Ministers Nikoloz Vashakidze and Nodar Kharshiladze.
The guests will also meet representatives of NGOs, non-parliamentary opposition, and head of the EUMM. The guests will visit Kakheti region, the town of Mskheta, occupation museum and villages of IDPs.
The US delegation will leave Georgia on 7 August.
