Russia has resumed news attacks on Belarus after the refusal of the post-Soviet state to recognize the occupant regimes of Georgia`s breakaway regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
Russian media reports that president Medvedev plans to declare boycott to Belarus at the summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Erevan, Armenia.
