Georgian citizens who reside abroad will be able to take new biometric passports online. The novelty has been announced by the public register agency today. The citizens will register online on the web site (www.cra.gov.ge, passport.gov.ge), fill in relevant blank and take passports with the help of a trusted person.
The trusted personalities will be allowed to take biometric passports at every regional office of the public register on the territory of Georgia. The selection of the regional office is up on the applicant and the trusted person.
The new biometric passport costs 155 GEL and it will be issued on the fifth day since the application.
